Leviticus 25:47-27:13

Probably the most direct example of the idea of reward/punishment that we have yet - be faithful, God rewards. Not faithful - punished
26:34-35 - The land finds rest. The land isn't punished. Powerful
Twice, the reminder of who God is and what God did for them
27 - feels like this needed to be earlier in the text

Mark 10:32-52

v32 - They were amazed and those who followed were afraid. What a contrast. However, the first "amazed" can also be translated as frightened...hmmm
35-45 - Again, the upside down Realm of God. How are we living this (or not) today?
46-53 - I love Jesus asking "What do you want me to do for you?"

Psalm 45 and Proverbs 10:22

Psalm 45 - Feels like it should be in the Song of Songs. A love song but a blessed and beautiful one (for the time)

Proverbs 10:22 - God makes one wealthy...in what way?
